Gujarat team to study performances of state players in international events

The sports model of Haryana has set a precedent for the entire nation. Other states are carrying out research on Haryana in view of the marvellous performances by Haryanvi players in the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic games.

A team from Gujarat is coming to the state for a 15-day visit to study this sports model.

The Gujarat team will conduct research to find out how Haryanvi players succeed to win many medals in international tournaments. The Haryana Government is leaving no stone unturned to promote sports in the state, hence the plan to establish 500 sports nurseries has been extended to 1,000 nurseries to polish the talent of budding players.

Haryana was hosting the “Khelo India” event in which over 15,000 players would participate.

CM also inaugurated the state’s largest oxyvan being developed in an area of 18.5 acres at Samaspur Majra.
