According to the latest figures released as part of the unemployment rate report by the CMIE (Centre for Monitoring Indian Economy, May-August, 2021), Rajasthan state ranks 3rd in the country in matter of women unemployment
The state ranks 3rd in the country following Haryana and Jammu and Kashmir in this field with a rate of 65.31 per cent.
The report also tells that Rajasthan is the most unemployed state after Haryana in terms of overall unemployment.
According to the report, the unemployment rate of Haryana is 35.7 per cent while that of Rajasthan is 26.7 per cent.
Rajasthan and Haryana are the only states to cross the 20 per cent mark in terms of unemployment.
