Two teachers from Bihar have been selected for the National Award, including Haridas Sharma of Kaimur and Chandana Dutt of Madhubani district. Haridas Sharma is the head teacher in charge of Governmentized Middle School, Darhak, Ramgarh Kaimur. Chandana Dutt is a teacher in Governmentized Middle School Ranti Madhubani Teachers who have made important and outstanding contributions in the field of education are rewarded with National Awards every year, the award is given to the selected teachers on 5th September i.e. Teacher's Day at the hands of the President. The names of 6 teachers were selected by the state government for the national award but out of them only 2 teachers have been selected, other 4 teachers will be honored by the state government.
