Khudiram was born on 3 December 1889 in Midnapore, West Bengal. He also actively participated in the movement against the partition of Bengal in 1905. Due to his revolutionary activities, he was arrested on 28 February 1906, but he escaped from jAIL. About two months later, in April, they were caught again. He was released on 16 May 1906. In 1908, Khudiram attacked two British officers Watson and Pamphile Fuller with a bomb but they too escaped. Khudiram Bose was very angry with the Sessions Judge Kingsford of Muzaffarpur who had given severe punishment to many patriots of Bengal. Together with his partner Prafulchand Chaki, he decided to teach Kingsford a lesson. Both came to Muzaffarpur and on 30 April 1908 threw a bomb on the car of the Sessions Judge. He was hanged on 11 August 1908 in Muzaffarpur Jail. At that time he was only 19 years old.
