Explanation:

Harappan Sites 

Amri :

• It is a site in Pakistan now popularly known as Sindh. Amri culture in Pakistan was named after this site.
• Amri was excavated by N.G Majumdar on the bank of Indus river in 1935.
• Important findings of this site was Antelope evidence.

Malwan :

• Aagar Faliya also known as Malvan aagar faliya is a small Indus Valley civilisation site, located at Valsad district in Gujarat.
• This site is, sometimes, considered one of the southernmost limits of Indus Valley civilisation, the other one being Daimabad which is located further south.
• Number of copper and bronze objects and important findings being a bangle and small rod. Animal findings include sheep, goat, cattle, dog, horse, hog, pig, barasinga and fish. Terracotta humped bulls, circular or bun shaped terracotta cakes, carnelian beads were also found. Jars, bowls, miniature jars with plain bands, hanging interlaced loops both on body and neck were found.

Balakot :

• Balakot is one of four known ancient coastal sites in Pakistan.
• These sites remained unexcavated until the opportunity arose in 1973 to launch a project at Balakot.
• Fishbones and shells dominate the faunal remains.
• People engaged in the manufacturing of jewellery, especially bangles and perhaps inlays for wodden furniture, from shells.
• It was a specialised centre for making shell objects.

Sohgaura :

• Sohgaura in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, is known for Sohgaura copper plate inscription which is considered to be from the Mauryan period. It is not a Harappan site.
