Context: Two years ago, NASA launched the most advanced telescope that has been created so far, the James Webb Space Telescope or JWST.
It is a reflecting telescope that combines curved mirrors that reflect light and form an image. The structure is actually a giant mirror of diameter 6.5 metres using which, the telescope can collect and reflect more light to see objects farther away in the universe.
Even though the telescope was launched only two years ago, it has started to redefine how we look at the early universe.
