    Explanation:
    • Champaran Satyagraha- Mahatma Gandhi had visited Bihar for the first time and held a meeting on April 10, 1917 for farmers engaged in forced indigo farming. He later launched an agitation known as Champaran Satyagrah. It is India's first civil disobedience movement.
    • Kheda Satyagraha-It was launched Gujrat and was centred on the peasant-Patidar community of Kheda who refused to agree to a 23% tax hike that was imposed on them despite a terrible crop failure and breakout of plague and cholera.
    • Vaikom Satyagraha- Vaikom Satyagraha was a movement in Travancore (modern-day Kerala) for temple entry of the depressed classes. It took place near the Shiva Temple at Vaikom, Kottayam district, Kerala during 1924-25. Vaikom was at that time a part of the princely state of Travancore. Gandhiji, Chatampi Swamikal and Sree Narayana Guru lend their support to the movement
    • Bardoli Satyagraha- The Bardoli Satyagraha, 1928 was a movement in the independence struggle led by Sardar Vallabhai Patel for the farmers of Bardoli against the unjust raising of taxes.
    • Dandi Satyagraha- The Salt March, also known as the Dandi March and the Dandi Satyagraha, was an act of nonviolent civil disobedience in colonial India led by Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi to produce salt from the seawater in the coastal village of Dandi (now in Gujarat), as was the practice of the local populace until British officials introduced taxation on salt production, deemed their sea-salt reclamation activities illegal, and then repeatedly used force to stop it. The 25-day march lasted from 12 March 1930 to 6 April 1930 as a direct action campaign of tax resistance and nonviolent protest against the British salt monopoly. It gained worldwide attention which gave impetus to the Indian independence movement and started the nationwide Civil Disobedience Movement.
    • Vedaranyam Satyagraha- The Vedaranyam March or Vedaranyam Satyagraha was organised to protest the salt tax imposed by the British Raj in India. The march took place in April 1930 and was the second of its kind following the Dandi March organised by Mahatma Gandhi, both in the framework of the Civil Disobedience Movement.
