Signatureglobal (India) Limited informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 7th January 2025 Pursuant to the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. 7th January, 2025.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Sharma, is a qualified Chartered Accountant (1997), having rich experience of around 30 years.

Mr. Sharma has expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), M&A, Investors Relations, financing, reporting, controllership, treasury, taxation and making strategic decisions.
