Prime Minister Narendra Modi will participate in the 10th International Day of Yoga celebration in Srinagar on the 21st of this month.

• This year’s theme, "Yoga for Self and Society," emphasizes Yoga’s dual role in fostering individual and societal well-being.
• Addressing the media in New Delhi, Union Ayush Minister Prataprao Jadhav highlighted how Yoga nurtures physical, mental, and spiritual growth while promoting societal harmony. He noted that the enthusiastic participation of millions in recent years reflects the profound impact of yoga on communities.
• On this occasion, Mr. Jadhav launched a Common Yoga Protocol Book in Braille Script to help visually impaired individuals learn and practice Yoga with ease.
• He also introduced "Professor Ayushman’s Comic on Yoga," aimed at helping children learn and practice Yoga with interest and entertainment.
