If a Hindu male dies intestate leaving behind Mother, Father, Son, Brother and Sister, the property will devolve on:-

All 5 getting 1/5th share each

Father, Son & Brother being males getting 1/3rd share each

Father & Mother getting 1⁄2 share each

Mother & Son getting 1⁄2 share each

Mother and son comes under Class I heirs and they have the right to inherit to the exclusion of Class II heirs.
