On April 20, 2025, two male cheetahs—likely Prabhas and Pavak—will be relocated from Kuno National Park to Gandhi Sagar Wildlife Sanctuary in Madhya Pradesh. This marks a major step in India’s Cheetah Reintroduction Project, making Gandhi Sagar the second home for cheetahs in the country after Kuno.
