• A Rs.1 lakh crore R&D fund was launched to support innovation in energy storage technologies including battery, hybrid, and pumped hydro solutions.
• Goyal emphasized reducing reliance on select foreign markets by strengthening domestic supply chains and boosting EV charging infrastructure.
• India showcased its carbon-neutral initiatives such as Palli village in J&K and the sustainable Yashobhoomi venue with solar rooftops and eco-waste systems.
