A two-day event based on Indian classical dance styles, Nrityanjali Mahotsav, will be held on December 28 and 29 in Raipur.

• The Chhattisgarh Culture Council and Kala Academy are jointly organizing the event.
• Kala Academy President Yogendra Tripathi said prominent artists from Chhattisgarh and different parts of the country will take part.
• On December 28, Jyoti Vaishnav of Bilaspur will present Kathak, Aarohi Munshi of Bhopal will present Bharatanatyam and Odissi dance will be showcased by the Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwavidyalaya, Khairagarh.
• On December 29, there will be a group Kathak performance by Kamla Devi Sangeet Mahavidyalaya in Raipur, Ayanna Mukherjee of Delhi will present Kuchipudi and G. Ratish Babu and companions of Nritya Kala Kshetram will present Bharatanatyam.
