Union Minister of Commerce and Industry, Piyush Goyal, is set to visit the United States from September 30 to October 3, 2024. The visit aims to strengthen economic ties between the two nations and explore avenues for mutual trade and investment growth.
During the visit, Minister Goyal will co-chair the India-USA CEO Forum on October 2, and the 6th India-USA Commercial Dialogue on October 3, in Washington, D.C.
Alongside Secretary Raimondo, Goyal will engage in discussions focused on promoting sustainable economic growth, enhancing the business and investment climate, and deepening connections between Indian and American business communities.
Goyal also is scheduled to meet with U.S. Trade Representative Katherine Tai to discuss ongoing collaboration under the Trade Policy Forum and explore ways to further strengthen bilateral trade between the two countries.
