About Alok Joshi:
Alok Joshi, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the 1976 Haryana cadre, has an extensive background in intelligence and national security. He served as the Secretary of RAW from December 2012 to December 2014, following his tenure as Special Secretary in the agency. Joshi's career also includes significant roles in the Intelligence Bureau and the Haryana Police.
