The Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, is set to organise the BRICS Youth Council Entrepreneurship Working Group Meeting from March 3 to 7, 2025.

Themed ‘Youth Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Growth,’ the meeting will witness participation from approximately 45 youth representatives from BRICS nations.

Key Objectives of the Meeting

The Working Group Meeting will serve as a platform for representatives of the BRICS Youth Council to exchange policies, programs, and cooperation prospects in the field of entrepreneurship. The discussions will focus on:

• Establishing the BRICS Youth Council Entrepreneurship Working Group.
• Reviewing and discussing the entrepreneurship work plans of BRICS nations.
• Exploring concrete actions for youth cooperation in entrepreneurship.
• Creating new youth engagement formats within the BRICS framework and Working Groups Meetings.
• Connecting participants to international entrepreneurship opportunities within BRICS nations.
