If x2+y2+z2 = 14 and xy + yz + zx = 11, then the value of (x+y+z)2 is

Explanation:

x²+y²+z² = 14 -----------eq.(i.)
xy + yz + zx = 11 -------------eq.(ii.)
Adding eq.(i.) and 2 x eq.(ii.), we get-
x²+y²+z² +2(xy + yz + zx) = 14 + 2*11=36;
(x+y+z)² =36;
